first off, no one HAS to have searches done.
No, I shouldnt think so. I would find a sol who specialises in SO, and tell them its a staircasing matter. It should be fairly straightforward, and they should have an idea to give you quotes
ps dont use thompsons partnership in Plymouth, they are rubbish and know nada about SO even though they claim they do.,:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
