Hi guys,
I'm being made redundant so am updating my cv etc and I think it would be better to distribute it as PDF file instead of Word as everyone has different versions of word etc - how do I do that? Is it even possible?
Thanks in advance

Download and install DoPDF, open the Word document, select file then print and choose DoPDF as the printer
http://www.dopdf.com/
There are a number of similar programmes but this one works as well as any
This automatically removes most blank pages, and you can remove any others, you can also choose to print more pages per sheet of paper

This one lets you choose the quality of the printer output to save ink, you can choose a default setting or per print, or turn it off if you need to print photos etc

+1 for DoPDF. It installs as an additional printer on your PC. I use it to 'print' web pages and save them as PDF's, for example online order confirmations etc - a useful tool and it's free!0

I use PrimoPDF (which is free) and it gives you a PDF printer that you can select from Word and other programs.0

Didn't add anything, though Office is installed to run all from the computer, the reader is Foxit
