scam -phone preference service- sure2support

Ii have been phoned 3 times now by men with indian sounding accents. They claim I have applied on line for them to set up a telephone service that eliminates unwanted calls. I was supposed to have done this on August 23rd- that they have written to the companies concerned and they will be prosecuted if they phone me again They are now taking the £49 debit direct charge from my bank. On one call they said they were taking it that evening, then the 3rd call said they had already taken it. I had not filled in forms for this service. It is a complete scam. However they sound extremely plausible- they get quite unpleasant on the phone and seem to know a lot of details about me. I spent a lot of time phoning my debit cards and credit cards to check. I didn't give them any details except to confirm my name. I have looked on the web and found other complaints about them. Their website is supposed to be Sure2Support.com
They claim they are the SAIS-CORP based in Westgate RD London and give a telephone number 020 328068684 but I don't think this number works.it is not the number that comes up from 1471. Please warn all your relatives and friends about this scam. They are trying to get you to tell them bank details by asking them to confirm the card number. They quote some of the numbers to you.
I have had a lot of scam calls but never one that worried me as much as this and think a lot of people would get taken in by their insistance degenerating to unpleasantness. One of their first questions is asking you to remember filling in the application form- it throws you. The more you deny it, the more they say you have and having done the process, as agreed in the terms and conditions, after 21 days- ie that day , you are liable.

Thanks but my warning is that they are going a step further with their knowledge of my details and insistant attitudes. I hope to warn others to warn theit families- just as I was when I got the first ' your computer is infected scam'0
