OMG I appear to have been scammed!?!?!?

Hi,
First time ever, I think I've been scammed. I bought a mattress from a company called New Leaf via their website. Payment (~£80) went through WorldPay on my Mastercard. It's now 10 days later and I have had no email from them, they don't respond to my email requests and they don't return my phonecalls.
A bit of digging suggests they have form for this kind of thing and that they previously traded under a different name with similar complaints.
What can I do?

I've spoken to the card company, they are raising a dispute.
