  • Btw, haven't been on these threads since dtd madness why are we disguising store names?[/QUOTE]

    Apparently you have to disguise the store name because tesco staff or someone can check this site and fix the glitches :D

    pointless really, as so many people are putting in the bar codes so they dont even need to know the stores, they can sort it all by the barcodes :rotfl::rotfl:

    SEL = Shelf Edge Label
  • SEL - Shelf Edge Label - The price of the product on the shelf edge below the item.

    We're disguising store names because it's too easy for individual stores to search their store name and find out what glitches we've found in their stores. HTH (Hope That Helps ;)) xx
  • Just been to Pitsea Tesco Extra. Nothing there at all. Found the talking, singing upsy daisy and iggle piggle but coming up full price. Not worth a trip there!

    Has anyone tried the orp***ton extra, really would like to get some stuff for my ds but wondering wether it's worth a 30 mile trip with a 6 week old baby!! Lol also has anyone had any luck at lak**ide?? Thanks x

    I was there today. Came home empty handed! No toys, no electricals, no baby bits. I did manage to buy the one Barbie car with sticker which was looking at me so dtd and a happy 4 year on Xmas day :)

    Plenty of teknica 19inch tvs dvd at g3llions r3ach £79 hth also girl said she had 13 page of electricals to mark down but they may not be showing on sel because of arguments in there yesterday.
  • Just returned from my Local Store, most bits scanning at full price for me, but managed to pick up 2 x Bakugan carry Cases with a Bakugan inside for £1...so theres another one to look out for. I got the last 2 at my Store :-)

    little tip for anyone after iggle piggle & upsy daisy
    you have to check every single one of them on the shelf... the ones that are £2 have a sticker with the barcode on top of another barcode. the newer ones that are full price don't have the sticker barcode

    hth
    ;)

    oh and i didn't notice a reply about the paper jamz... they scan at £2.50

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    That's my local too! I'm working at home today so popped over first thing, (for electricals mostly) but couldn't see any of the items mentioned, have you had any luck there? Was thinking of trying galli0ns r3ach this eve, but not sure there's any point?

    Hey, nope i haven't got nothing in the br0ml3y-by-b0w store except for a lego helicopter/limo set that was £7.50 in there toy sale, it didn't scan on their system though...and I think this has been the case with most toys in their sale so they have stuck they're own yellow reduction labels over the barcodes (with items hardly reduced at all).

    I was wondering if they would put out more stuff in galli0ns r3ach where they had the hoovers cheap that are now gone...they could do tonight ....just don't know lol
