Hiya I'm just back from Lakeside...complete waste of time...i got a couple of bits for 40p and thats it...no playdoh, thomas, mega blocks or anything!
When I asked at CS the woman looked bewildered, hadn't a clue what 90% sale i was on about....hmmmm!

Bumped into a couple of fellow bargain hunters who said at their local Gallows store people were like animals and one man even took something out of her trolley AFTER she'd paid for it:eek: She had to call security and the man tried saying it was on the floor...we all love a bargain but people's greed makes me ashamed...it's sickening:(
She also told me she overheard some men snatching stuff off the shelves and proclaiming they were 'sticking it all on Ebay':mad:
Unfortunately for those of us with kids/nieces/nephews etc,we lose out due to others greed...

Well done to all who got bargains though x

Hey , that would be very much appreciated and I will pick up some for you also if I find any x My local br0ml3y-by-b0w had plenty of these b4 but they were marked down to only £32 and that was before i discovered they scanned at £5, they moved all there toy sale toys to make room for the seasonal items, the toys were put into a cage and I thought they might put them back out today and mark them down... but no such luck....but will keep a look out to see if they re-appear as I don't know what they will do with them...

The amount of toys I saw some people had in their trolleys were vast - much too much of the same thing to be for their own families.

I'm not sure the staff know about this strange sale as I understand it it's just random so not surprised CS were bewildered.

I've been lucky and picked up a couple of baby bits and a Star Wars gun thing for DS but there are no razor scooters near me and DS has asked for his birthday on Sunday so will have to pay full price - however I have saved money on the other bits for christmas so guess it's swings and roundabouts!

Hi anybody seen any scooters or paper jamz in north west Liverpool area
I'l also pay if anybody has any scooters or jamz just let me know what postage and cost, I've tried old swan, park Rd, Prestot can't get to again and kicking myself as missed out on paper jamz said £6 on shelf and scanner was broke

Yes, the reciepts show stars to show the item was [STRIKE]a bargain[/STRIKE] reduced or on an offer but it seems to be different with the SEL as they sometimes have stars but not reduced

BUT, I would say 75% of the things I have scanned have had the little star and been cheaper so always worth a go

That's my local too! I'm working at home today so popped over first thing, (for electricals mostly) but couldn't see any of the items mentioned, have you had any luck there? Was thinking of trying galli0ns r3ach this eve, but not sure there's any point?

Btw, haven't been on these threads since dtd madness why are we disguising store names?
