CS Lady and duty manager were both very unhelpful, I have called head office 3 times (the 1st person was unhelpful and said its down to the store, 2nd person said they would call and talk to the manager and call me back... still waiting on callback, 3rd person again said its down to the store.)

Anyone else had a problem like this?

I had this a few months back on some nappies over charged by £10, oh went to the isle to double check and waited there while I went to cs, the lady went and looked came back (with my oh following slightly behind) saying there was no sel at the cheaper price, oh proceeded to say she took the price down herself and it's in her pocket. She denied this so I made them get the manager down but she wouldn't wait at the desk and disappeared so when the manager came and she arrived back there was nothing in her pocket. I argued and told them to go and check the cctv and they would see she took the label, the manager said he would give me the benefit of the doubt and gave me dtd but I still emailed head office but never got a reply

Would love to get hold of Aston, Marvin and Oritse JLS dolls, I I have tried all the tescos near me with no luck. If anyone has any spare I can swap for Dr who figures or can pay if you let me know costs

Oh also got a Fisher Price Pots and Pans Set for £4.50 think it say 6-36 months on it? If anyone needs one of these?

Whats the barcode for the JLS dolls picked some up today but scanner wasn't working, there was 3 differnet ones I think it was aston missing. If you have the barcode I will check next time im in.

well ive looked everywhere locally - no zhu zhu stations, no chuggington - was after any train sets really, but no luck

if anyone has any chuggington sets left spare - or anything suitable for a 5 year old boy / 7 year old boy or 11 year old autistic girl i'd be happy to pay costs + postage
