Just posting quickly as I have just got back from Tesco's G00dm*yes. Will have to catch up with thread after posting as there's been 4-5 pages added since I last looked this evening

Went right through the clearance section but to be honest, I really don't know how they are pricing these toys! There was a lego duplo set with a sale sticker on it reading "was £15.50..... now £15.00". Obviously I thought this must be reduced further so took to the checkout to price check (the price checkers in this store have been broken for over a year!). It scanned at £15.00!!! A whole 50p off!

Anyway lots of items listed on here scanned at full price or slightly less (moon sand ice cream, some play doh sets etc). Did manage to get Moshi Monsters Gift Box things supposedly reduced to £4.97 but scanned at £2.00. (I bought one extra if anyone has been trying to get one). I then went to the normal toy aisle and managed to get the Little Steps Light & Sounds activity ball for £1 and the Wooden Stacking boxes for 60p!

Also, I found some JLS dolls which were in a different packaging to the one I bought last week. I only found Aston last week but tonight I found the other three. No SEL though so I took Marvin to be price checked. It came up "item not found". The SA said "this can't be sold to you, it's not on the system". She kept the one I gave her and said she would send someone over to take the rest off the shelf. I already had the others still in my trolley. I decided to try my luck so went to the checkout to pay for other bits and put them on the conveyor with the rest. Of course, when he tried to scan them they came up not found so I told him I had bought one last week for £1.50. I also told him that the previous one I bought was in different packaging. He called a supervisor over and explained they were not scanning but that I had bought one for £1.50 previously. I couldn't believe my luck when she put them through manually at £1.50 each!! I'm just gutted that the one the other SA took off of me was Marvin, I should have taken Aston to be price checked!

    :):):):)

ETA: I also picked up two lonely mini play doh sets (the ones from the clip strips) for 10p each.

hi, i am after the moshi monsters gift set if you have a spare one, i have a moon sand set to swap if you are interested? thanks
