Do all the stores have these scanners? I have never seen them! (I generally go to the big extra stores)

Most stores used to have them but most in my area (Teesside) they have been disabled or removed. talking to staff it appears that it is because of the few that search out DTD glitches as a "cottage industry" for making money.
