PPI claim from Abbey

Hi all,
My first time on the forum. Can anyone advise if I can claim PPI miss sell against Abbey National on a loan taken out in 1998. I have found the loan reference number and was wondering if Abbey/Santander would look into any such claim,

Yes you can, I understand Abbey are taken over by Santander, so you send your reclaim to them to what I am aware of, although you write the business of Abbey Nat on your complaint.
Just complete the reclaim questionnaire on step 3 below, send and keep copies for yourself as well, good luck on your reclaiming.

Make them aware you have recently became aware of the PPI mis selling and that you believe it applies to you.
