If you have to withdraw cash apply for an HSBC card (the 0% for 56 days applies to cash as well as purchases, albeit with a fee of something like 2.5%) if you don't owe anything else on the card. If you do owe other money on the card Nationwide is the one to go for (debts accruing the highest rate of interest are paid off first rather than last so the high interest debt isn't trapped until you clear the balance) again there is a fee.
If you have a good enough credit rating to apply for more than one card get yourself in a position where you can do a super balance transfer if you can.
