You see, the reason why it gets sent away to experts is because the store staff AREN'T experts. You're in the hands of the experts when they get sent off.

There's no point in the store staff promising you a replacement when the experts may well reveal that it's been damaged by misuse.

No, actually.... it's the plural of apostrophe rather than being possessive.

He's speaking of adding more than one apostrophe.

If he'd written "Adding an incorrect apostrophe's just as bad," then there should be an apostrophe.

When Comet go under, I will be cheering. They take the !!!! out of their customers and treat them with no respect. The sooner they die a death, the better.

If I were that !!!!!! off about my remote, I would go into Comet, find display model, swap over remote control, leave store.

Otherwise just buy another one.

And if there is no display model? What if you grab the wrong remote, or get a faulty one that they won't do anything about because the serial numbers don't match up :P.
