That way, when they admit their (system's) error at least you'll have something in writing to forward to your card providers when you ask them to remove the missed/late payment markers on your credit file...because no amount of compensation/goodwill from Santander can undo the damage these missed/late payments will do to your credit history.

Sorry not replied sooner! I see no reason, again provided they are screen recording, for them to refuse you this information espectially as you will be allowed the voice side. Best of luck in getting it sorted!

I don't know which credit cards you use, but I found out in the past that when I missed a payment, I usually get the £15 late payment fee and letter in the post. If I do the transfer within 7 days, no report is placed onto my file (never ignored the letter, so can't say when a report IS placed onto your file).

I've done the above a few times now - thinking the bill would be payed via DD and then never happened. Found out later the bank removed the DD as they considered it inactive as I don't use the card often. Got a full refund of all charges and interest after complaining (the bank refunded the charges I had to pay to the CC provider)

went in bank today and they were very helpful the manager at the bank has spoke to it dept who confimed they were having glitches so it should get sorted.
