Well I can get there by public transport, but it takes longer and is less in my control. The OR has decided otherwise. Oh well.0 -
I think the criteria is if you can reasonably use public transport, i.e. fair cost and travel times, then you don't need a vehicle.When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

Seems one or two ORs are taking an interest in vehicles at the moment.
