Thats a nightmare - will the hotel let you alter the booking rather than cancel altogether? Not much good if OH can't get the day off I suppose (can he ring in sick?
).
God, I'm such a good example to my kids aren't I, suggesting something so irresponsible!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Ive just had a look at the website of the hotel people,.,. their policy is 96 hours,.. not 48 like I thought.. Dont wanna waste £66 really... nice hotel mind...
He wont ring in sick, he is a wimp ! His boss lives around the corner and his office is really close by....
Damn you Kylie... Im never gonna sing to your songs again.0 -
Hi Mike,
Sorry to hear about the Kylie problem. Can I join you with a cup of tea? It's a bit early for me to have anything stronger.
I hope you have a great night in Manchester. I'm sure there are loads of things to do in Manchester that are just as good as going to see Kylie. You will have a brilliant time. Oh's boss might be understanding about time off next week, he won't know until he asks, and it is easy to travel from St Helens to Manchester and back without having to stay over. So you could have two nights out instead of one.
Always look on the bright side :dance:Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.

Nice cuppa Mike.
I went to visit my friend this afternoon. She made me a cup of Rooibos tea with soya milk...very nice but not as good as a good old northern cuppa
