Hi there, all you need are reasons for mis sell and the account numbers,if it is credit cards then it is the card number, take a look here for reasons for mis sell

If any/all apply to you then put a complaint in.
You send this to the bank you have the loan or cc with.
Some banks do this over the phone,if you let me know who the banks are,i will get you the telephone numbers.
If you dont have any agreement numbers, you need to contact the banks and ask if they have this info, again, some do this over the phone, some charge £1,if you paid the cards or loans by direct debit and you have internet banking, this will show you direct debits you paid and the account numbers.
On the link i gave you,is everything you need to know about claiming,if you need anymore help just ask.0 -

Depending on how long the loans were taken out, but if you do online banking and still with the same bank where you paid the direct debits of the loan, statements may go back to about 2002, the loan account numbers is normally shown next to the loan monthly repayment.
Or call into the bank who may check this out for you, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
