renting premises on £500 per month

so to rent the premises is £500 a month as you state, but then you state
We estimate this would bring in £200 per month.

so this would make you at a £300 loss each month just with rent, then you have to add heating, elec, telephone, wages, insurance etc.
so you could be looking at a monthly lose of near £1000

using their figures which would give a loss of £1000 a month, no wonder they were bankrupt if they think you can run a small business at a loss of £1000 a month.
this will just lead them back to the bankruptcy court

This has been menioned and talked about.. its a beauty salon..

I think perhaps the OP has been misunderstood on some aspects, so maybe when he comes back he can clear up some of the details..
