I am helping a relative who has lost her husband. They have one of those nasty consolidated loans that is secured on the house with the above mentioned. I phoned them today to request an up to date statement of account. They told me I had to make the request in writing and enclose a cheque for a massive £22. I hit the roof, and asked them to explain to me how the hell it costs £22 to print a couple of sheets of paper and put them in the post. I was nearly apopleptic with rage. All she said was that it was company policy. So then I asked her if it was company policy to rob the deadd or recently widowed. She started to respond but I had to put the phone down on her before I said something really nasty.
Well thats off my chest now, the robbing gits.
