overdraft

I'm trying to pay off a £1000 overdraft on my natpest current account, but i just havent got any spare cash at the moment, how can i beat this ?
You may have already guessed i'm shockingly bad with money !
can i transfer it to a 0 % credit card ?
I'm downsizing, moving from one house to another, and need more spending to renovate the new one, £1000, before i can move in, the old one will make a good profit, and then i will be in the clear.
Your advice appreciated...
