TomTom 5.2 on Nokia 6600 - where do I put the maps?

Have installed TomTom5.2 on my Nokia 6600. It comes up on the menu but says it cannot find the maps. I have the maps in a folder on my PC where do they need to be on the phone for TomTom to see them?
I have tried dragging the map folder onto the card but no joy, I have tried dragging the files onto the card but no joy.
Is there s config file I need to update to tell it where the maps are?

The maps should be placed in the root directory of your memory card. For example, GB maps should be in the folder "Great_Britain-Map" on the card.This is not a signature...0

It should install them all for you when you load the CD... Is your install corrupt.. Contact TOMTOM for a replacement0
