The fact they won't supply a proper invoice undermines their notion that it is a charge for parking.

Furthermore it would seem to fly in the face of the judgment of the VAT tribunal case they were involved in earlier this year. Clicky here
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • It just gets more unbelievable does this particular car park...

Have you seen the signs they have up - http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=56057&st=20&gopid=627548&#entry627548

That has to be the weakest sign I have ever seen, at least most PPC make some kind of effort with their signs. This sign tell you nothing at all. How long can I stay, is it free, is there a charge???? It tries to tell me I am entering in to a contract but a contract for what... you do give me any 'conditions' or 'clauses' I am supposed to be agreeing to by parking here???

They don't even use the classic... see this website for our T&C's!!!

These guys are taking the biscuit!!!
