Just started a claim against these people and was just wondering if anyone else has successfully claimed against them and roughly how long it took?

I think it varies, and as they all have backlogs to deal with as well.
They should keep you updated regularly to what I am aware of.

Just to update and keep a timeline.
i sent off request for info on: 14th Sept 2011
I then sent off complaint on the 16th sept 2011.
today i had letter stating they have been granted 12 weeks instead of 8 to investigate.
so lets see what happens next0 -
