Air Tax rises - who's affected

We have all heard that the tax on flights has been raised for all flights on and after 1st Feb 2007.
I purchased a ticket on the 9/1/07 for a trip via Easyjet in April 07...how do I know if I have been charged the correct amount (regarding the tax)? I have not heard anyone say if you purchased your flights before x date you need to pay more.
Easyjets customer service via email can take up to 20 days to get a reply (waste of time as they want payments by the 1st Feb) and their telephone system is constantly engaged...website makes no mention of this!
Does anyone know more?
BTW - this has to be one of the best sites out on the web and I have used it (and told others) many times. Thanks to everyone involved especially Martin :T

check your booking online and see how much tax you paid0
