Obviously a different taste with vegetable stock, but since I'm a vegetarian, that's what I always use, and it is really tasty. Make sure you use enough stock and don't skimp on it.0

Course it works using veggie stock. The chicken stock just adds a little more flavour.
I also think it helps of you add salt to this recipe. And lots of black pepper. Parsley is also very nice in it aswell.Lydia
