i enquired years ago at a travel agents on behalf of a disabled person, they give me a list of numbers and names for disability holidays. it might be worth you asking a local travel agent

where do you fancy going to ?? someone may recommend a hotel for you. But we dont know the persons disability . all are different needs and carers have different abilities to care.

Ok, they may be more expensive than booking it all yourself, however these guys will gaurantee you adapted rooms if needed, special transportation again if needed, and organise the whole thing.
