*Probably* not, but can you name the *exact* tariff name as it appears on your bill.0 -
Just says 'You are on our standard-monthly direct debit package'.0

Give them a call and ask about their new Online Saver 15 Tariff. Not on websites at moment, but saved me £250+ (dual fuel, was £1880/year) per year moving from one of their older tariffs.0

As far as I know, if you're outside of the 'lock in period' for any package you won't be charged. It sounds like you're on their standard tariff having had a deal end which would mean you shouldn't be charged to change.0

Try their quote site.
Not impressed by their software - when I logged in to my account and tried to get a qoute, it couldn't provide one and recommended I call instead.
Doing it direct via their quote site worked and I've, hopefully, begun the switch to this new discount tarriff.0
