FINAL(!) choice for FULL HD TV-buy TODAY-last advice please(?!!)

Hi guys, Was going to buy a refurb (allbeit with 1 year guarantee) fro ELECTROTEC (30 min drive from me-reviews seem spot on) full HD Tv. Original budget £330. What attracted me to the TOSHIBA refurbs was the 'resolution plus' -which upscales standard definition DVD/TV signals. 1 year guarantee-7 day no quibble money back-extra years warrenty at £30.

However...having taken the advice of you guys & some other experts...found these...(both available-need to call as may be missing stand, etc) at RICHER SOUNDS (guarantee for 5 years only 10% of price)

Now...with guarantee for 5 years will take it a bit over budget....PLEASE PLEASE some advice as this is sending me nuts (!).

Our living room is darkish-viewing between 7 foot away & 11 1/2 foot away...we watch normal tv-not much sport-sometimes an action film.

PLEASE can some nice person who knows about refurbs, HD etc advise-my head is gonna explode! Thanks again..!
