iTunes Fraud - Santander as helpful as ever!

Hi I have recently had two transactions taken out of my account from iTunes one for £2.99 and the other for £3.98. I contacted my bank after the first one came out, they told me they couldn't do anything and told me to contact iTunes! Within 5 minutes of speaking to the bank the second transaction came out of my account :(…
