Switch now and pay cancellation fee or wait?

Hi,

I am currently on the EON SaveOnline 4 Tariff, the contract ends in January 2012 and I would have to pay a cancellation fee of £30 if I switched now. Looking at the comparison sites, I can save £150 by switching to EDF Fixed S@ver 2 Dual Fuel. I’m just trying to work out if I should switch now and pay the cancellation fee, or wait until January and then switch?

My annual usage for Gas is 19805 kwh and Electricity is 5637 kwh.

Any advice would be gratefully received!

Thanks

Ally
