Groupon holidays

My daughter has just bought a holiday from Groupon to Club La Pinta,Tenerife for the fab price of £115.However,when she attempted to book,it transpired it was linked to a timeshare company,and she was asked some personal questions.She has attempted to book a date for the holiday,but has been unsuccesful in getting a confirmation response.She has phoned the phone number cited in the deal,but can't get a response.She has emailed Groupon several times,butthey have responded that they are unable to deal with the query due to the large amount of emails they've received.Advice anyone,please?:A
