PPI Help needed

Hi people

please can anyone advise?

how fare back can you reclaim PPI?

I had a Capital one master card and Halifax Visa card both defaulted due to becoming unemployed and not being able to pay off finally this year paid the debts off.

I originaly made a claim for my PPI against the visa and was told as I was a temp I could not get it however when I originaly applied for the card I was in full time employment and was not made aware of the difference of the self employed of employed by a body.

But now being a few years now I cant remember the card numbers or details etc.

Where do i go from here?

Hi Chris

Many have made successful reclaims from accounts taken out in the 90's, when you make a reclaim, just make them know that you only just became aware of the ppi mis selling and realise it applies to you.

Just complete the reclam questionnaire below, send to their complaints or head office, and keep a copy for yourself as well, good luck.
