LTSB payout advice/help please :)

Hi all, I'm new to this forum but have been a long time lurker ! I'm wondering if anyone can help me please. I put in a claim with LTSB in may this year for my cc and it has been upheld. I got my calculations yesterday and i am abit dissapointed.

Difference between the actual and revised balance = £689.92
Credit interest at 8% per annum simple = £4.60
Total = £694.22

My apr on this card is 24.90%

I have had this card for about 9 years, its still running and ive always owed quite abit on it. My problem is i've not got any previous statements.I phoned ltsb and told the lady i think this is a bit low because I've had this card for a long time. She said it looked correct. What i want to know is how do i go about finding out what ppi i have been paying to them for all these years ??? I would really appreciate any help or advice from the forum. Thanks !!!!

Did she actually confirm if they went back all the way from the last 9 years?
I would ask them to send you a detailed written breakdown from when you taken out the CC to date, this will show all payments made etc.

There are some clever folks on here who are good at working on calculations, if you want to post about this on the above thread called "How the FOS calculates ppi refunds" then hopefully later or tomorrow someone will be along to check these out further for you, and maybe give you an idea of how they came to this figure.
