I have a problem re non-arrival of goods and I cannot get ideal world to contact me. I have sent e mail after e mail. Their customer service is in India and is worse than useless

    Have you tried 'phoning them? Possibly better than relying on response to e-mails. I don't have it to hand but there is a geographical equivalent to premium o871 on sayno to 0870.
