Not sure where to begin

Hi

I had several loans with Lloyds TSB which i only have the final loans account number as each one was taken out to consolidate the previous loan and debts. My first question is will they be able to trace all the other loans from that one account number.

I am unsure if i had PPI but i am positive that if it was on the form i would have been too scared to question it.

I also had credit cards with Barclaycard, mastercard and egg all of which may have had PPI but apart from the account numbers i have nothing.

I have all the numbers but the loans/cards were cleared in 2002. They were cleared via a debt management plan. My second question(s) is will they consider the claim if i was in arrears and the fact that it was so long ago.

Finally when i looked at the form to complete for each bank it asks for the PPI insurance number - i have no idea of this number, i only have the actual account numbers of the cards and loans.

It all seems a bit bewildering and im not sure how to proceed

Can anyone help!!

    Hi there

If you call into the branch of Lloyds, they should let you know, what I did though was email the customer service team below and they emailed in short time with details of all loans with account numbers etc, they let you now if PPI and so on.

You can still make a reclaim with no paperwork as the account numbers will do, and do not worry about insurance numbers, they are the same as the actual account number.

And you can still make a reclaim if in arrears as well.
