Atlantic are ignoring me
I have a dispute with Atlantic over my huge jump in monthly electric payments. I challanged the increase so they asked me to proveide further information like seriel number of meter, reading and other factors. I have emailed them about 5 times with this info and they remain silent. They have always answered my emails so I feel something is a bit strange. They said the reason for the huge jump in payments is because I gave them too few digits in one of my readings which is strange because, if I did, why didn't the person on the phone who was taking my reading notice this?
I feel I am being ripped off and they are using delay tactics to fob me off, only because they seem to refuse to deal with the information I have given them
can anyone advise what to do?

You could try phoning them rather than e-mail.0

Thats not the point, they have always replied to emails. Its more convenient to send the details they want via email.
I sent another today and still no reply. Very annoyed.0 -
It is exactly the point. E-mail is not a reliable form of communication. There could be any number of reasons why your e-mails might no longer be getting through. If you want to carry on sending them, though, don't let me stop you. :rolleyes:0
