Cutting rental contents insurance

I am currently looking to decrease the amount I pay on this a month. Have had a good quote from Endsleigh. Cutting my last policy in half!!! The other policy has a mention of Landlords contents ie fixtures and fittings and the man at Endsleigh assured me it would also be covered. Has anyone any experience of them and this.
Would rather be covered have 3 children and accidents do happen.
