No idea which forum to put it on - so mods feel free to move it!
Interesting Calculator from the Office of National Statistics - find out your own rate of Inflation. Mine was 2.60% then I worked out what it would be if I was a homeowner - I'm a current STR as some of you know! As a homeowner it came out as 3% - weird!
