The Hut Problems.

Just thought I'd see if anyone else is having problems with thehut.co.uk recently?
I've been using them for a couple of years with no real problems. I'm aware that they have several different sites (IWOOT, Asda, Zavvi, sendit etc.) and I've honestly been fine with them all before now.
Here's my problem: Last week I placed an order for the Doctor Who Pandorica Action Figures set. Their offer was for all six figures in the wave for £29.99. It kept going out of stock, then coming back in and going out again. It finally came back in stock last Wednesday and I had the money and a 10% voucher from them (not one from the Internet, one they specifically sent to me) so I ordered. Was surprised that I got a shipment confirmation on the Thursday!
I expected to have to wait a few days but I got a box on Saturday morning. Warning bells started to ring when I saw the size and felt the weight. No way were there six figures in that box! Opened it up and to my utter amazement, only one figure! Insult to injury, it's the same one I picked up in TK Maxx a couple of weeks ago! D'oh!
So I e-mailed them Saturday night and waited... and waited... and waited. I e-mailed again on Tuesday evening and yesterday around 4pm they finally got back to me telling me to return the item and they'll replace it! Well, that's not what I asked for, I just want the other five figures in the set!
A quick Google found that I'm not the only one this has happened to. There's a chap on a review site (here: http://www.reviewcentre.com/Online-Entertainment-Shops/The-Hut-www-thehut-com-review_1394006) that's had the exact same problem with the exact same set of figures! Stuffing up once I can understand, but to do it twice?! How many other people have had this happen I wonder?
Anyway, I e-mailed them again last night explaining that I just want the five other figures I've paid for, but I'm expecting the same generic response.
What's happened to The Hut? It used to be really good! Anyone else have this problem?

The HUT Customer service is shambolic....I ordered DVDs which did not arrive. I had to wait 10 days before they'd even speak to me about the incident. Then they said they'd send a declaration form which I have to complete before they wnill send a replacement. Needless to say, no form arrrived and I'm still wait....

They've turned into such a joke company.
I gave in and just sent it back to them. I don't expect to get the right items in return so I'm gearing up for a battle to get a refund. *Sigh*0 -

Well, it's been 8 days since I sent the figure back. Quelle surprise, heard the square route of zero back from The Hut. *Sigh* Why is customer service in this country so bad these days? I used to work in retail and if I'd given this level of service I'd have been out on my ear!0 -
Still no replacement/refund from The Hut. They're back to ignoring me. Honestly, this is the last time I use any of The Hut Group companies. Such a shame as they used to be so good.0

I too am awaiting a refund after several weeks, even phone calls are getting us nowhere. Ridiculous company.0
