Don't send in any statements, make a list of each bank charge, date and what it is for and add up the list. This list will be required at a later stage if required as part of your court defence.
You cannot claim the interest the bank charges you each month for going overdrawn. The interest you can add it is different thing. Check Martin's article.

If you hand write the list. Go to a local shop and make a few copies before sending it. Send one of the copies to the bank.

No need to do anything else with the statements at this stage, they are just for you to work out what you have been owed.
Use the statements to make a list of the charges that have been made and send this off along with the initial letter.0 -
So i dont have to photo copy the statements and underline them and send with the initial letter,i thought you had too ?Won 2010: Butlins 5 day Break and £250, 1 yr Virgin Active membership, Meal for 10 at Best Parties Ever, skyline 2011 dvd.

I've already answered this in response to the PM you sent..............
HERE is an example of how to list the charges out using Word. Just total up the years at the end. Keep hold of your statements. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Send your letter on one sheet, and the charges seperately (it may need a few sheets for this). How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
