That would only appear 99.9% of the time if the user uses a combination of keys to restore the PC back to factory settings so its most likely user error, didnt you back anything up though?0 -

Well the thing is that the data has probably been washed over and not totally deleted I would try some of the links posted earlier on, also if its just programs you could in all likelyhood get them back now if its pictures and documents its likely that you can get them back aswell but a little trickier.0 -
I am not concerned about the files and programs, its the photos of our holiday and children etc0
