ppi phone call?????

Hi all am just wondering as just had a messgae left on the answering machine but it cut half off...
saying "if we are processing your ppi refund press 5" if we have already processed your refund press another number..

Now im 5 weeks into a claim with Lloyds, and my brain is telling me this wasnt them....but has anyone had this?????

I am aware that someone received a call last night at 9pm'ish to be told they were paying on the PPI and will be receiving payment in a few weeks, and that was Lloyds.
Give them a call anyway, to make sure, maybe if it was them there will be news for you, good luck.;)

Been trying the ppi phone number on the llyods website, been waiting for nearly 40 mins for some one to pick up....did have a direct number but cant find it

yeah thats the one on the website grrr tried yesterday , then had this call today and have tried twice since....

yes its in its 6 weeks thats why i didnt think it was them tbh. but better check. x

Just rang the loans number she gave me the usual they are busy she gave me this email addy:

trying once more then i'l email them, if only it was a free phone number !!!
