I think if your going to be so vague you'll find people won't be able to help you. Are you signed off by a doctor or have you just decided your not well enough to work? it won't be sick pay but ESA and that depends on your household income/conts0

sorry didnt mean to be vague i am unemployed t the minute and not claiming any benifits i have a sore knee and my doctor has offered me a sick note so i can get sick pay but i dont want that to affect my new claim i am going to make for jsa as i had to be off jsa for 6 months for it to class as a new claim hope this makes it clearer
please someone help0 -
whats the problem with a rapid reclaim?
I'm not really understanding where your coming from here.
you say your doctor will give you a sicknote for "a sore knee" how do you know it will still be sore in 6 months time? and if your GP will be happy to continue giving you notes to cover this period of time.
Even then you may not get ESA, are you single? have you paid all of your NI conts up to date?0 -
Does your sore knee stop you from doing any kind of work?0
