I knew an update to flash was coming http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/09/21/emergency_adobe_flash_update/ so I expected http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ to tell me flash was out of date by now.
It is still telling me that 10.3.183.7 is up to date even though clicking the up to date button takes me to the download page for 10.3.183.10
I could just update it, but I'm curious now to know how long it will take Firefox to tell me to do it.
Is this sort of delay normal? Or is it my installation?

the delay will be normal, if you know there is an update instead of waiting for it to pop up next time you start your computer just go direct and get it http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (be sure to untick any toolbars ect.)
also you have to update it on any other browser you have it installed in, ie IE0 -
Thanks. Yes, it appears it was a normal delay. Firefox has just told me to update via the plugin check page.0
