Stupid BT issue

On a day of sorting out varying different issues, done Sky so now BTs turn!

Every couple of months we are having a our telephone has been restricted message due to lack of payment, the message says this can not be reversed by customer service staff, the trouble is that there is no outstanding balance and its states that I owe £0.00p :D

Any ideas who is best to contact to rectify this? I have tried the normal customer service number and they just say " oh it wont happen again" and then it does!!, is there anyone better I can talk to?

    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

    Terminate and move elsewhere, they clearly don't wat your business - so go to someone who will!
