Where do I find the info on windfalls etc

I've been reading various posts on here regarding windfalls, redundancy etc and the answers invariably refer the question back to their IVA document.
Is this something you get if your IVA is approved? I can't see anything in the paperwork we've had to date - prior to the creditors meeting, relating to anything on this sort of thing.

Hi there, i just left a message on your other thread, this info will be in the Chairmans Report. You only get the report after the meeting so i would suggest your contact your IP for exact details.

They key points to how your IVA will run will be in your Proposal. You should have a draft of this to read and sign before the creditors meeting. In this there should be a definitions page which will help.

This Proposal is then presented to the creditors and any amendments they make will be put to you on the phone during the meeting to agree or disagree.

A summary of the meeting, including amendments, will be sent after the meeting has concluded. This is the Chairman's Report and the amendments in that document override the Proposal.
