ESA and

I've been put on the work programme with G4S, how do i find their 'minimum service offer' as described below:
Service providers were required as part of their contract bids to set out the range of support they would offer, including their minimum service offer that would be available to all participants. These service offers were assessed as part of the contracting process, and providers will be held to these as part of the programme’s performance management arrangements. Minimum service offers are communicated to participants when they are referred to the programme, and are published on the Department for Work and Pensions website, to help increase service transparency and accountability.

All i found on the DWP website is a pdf consisting of a load of bullet pointed generalised waffle. Also would like to know the details of what they can and can't ask me to do, what is required of me and what is voluntary etc.

How true is the following statement:
If you get employment and support allowance, any activity which you will be asked to do must be reasonable in your cicumstances. If you think that they are not you can ask your provider to reconsider them. You will not be made to apply for a job, do any work or have any medical treatment.

Any personal experiences of being in the ESA WRAG on the work programme, both positive and negative much appreciated.

Any personal experience of G4S that might put my mind at rest, are they any good, are they patient and understanding of chronic conditions?
