There are loads of web sites to search for NY accommodation. You are travelling at a busy time so don;t expect a bargain and I'd book sooner rather than later.
  • I have also been looking for accommodation at the end of Nov, the cheapest ones seem to have bad reviews. There was the wellington which was coming in at £470 for 3 nights - 1 double room - reviews not too bad. But Im not sure what to go for I been searching for days!
  • End of November is a very, very busy time. It's Thanksgiving so prices everywhere will be high.

    One Big piece of advice,

I note that you want to be near the subway. I was there not long ago and every time I followed the sign to the subway I found two
mexicans making 6" long sandwiches. It's all very confusing.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square which is a great hotel. I got a really good bargain on expedia, otherwise its kinda expensive but you could check.

Pretty much anywhere in Manhattan will be close to the subway so i wouldnt worry too much about that.

Yeah we're going to my mums in pennsylvania for thanksgiving would usually just stay there and travel into nyc but its so tiring.

Prices are awful! We've ended up booking the wellington, which has ok reviews, and got 10% back through quidco.
  • We stayed at The Pod hotel in Midtown Manhattan last November. Seemed very good value for the price. Basic yes, but very good value and very well located.
