Thanks to the template letter and questionnaire on Martins web site , I quickly and surprisingly easily have been repaid £ 9500 !!! 2 loans over 10 years . Santander paid out immediately - well worth the effort !!

Got the template letter from mse and sent to santander on the 11th sept and they have repaid in full and is already in my bank. So hats off to them for how quick they have dealt with it. (11 days). But a massive thanks to everyone on here for the excellent advice.
At least we're gonna have a good christmas this year.0
