Grinding to a halt

Hi All.

Couple of mths back I did a complete re-format and install (XP-Sp3) but things seem to be getting progressively slower.

have run Malwarebytes and Spybot and Ccleaner as well as Amigo360 to tidy up the registry but still a problem.

Just ran Hijackthis and here is the log.

Could someone advise please?
