Mis-Sold PPI on M&S Card

Hi Can anybody out there help me.
I took out an M&S storecard in 1997, PPI was automatically included which I did not agree to.
Has anyone tried claiming back that far, if so how did you get on?

Give it a go anyway and if you still have any of the paperwork, also enclose this with the reclaim questionnaire complaint, step 3 below the reclaim questionnaire, good luck.
